School RULES
- Pupils are ordinarily admitted only at the beginning of the First Term which commences in April.
- No admission of pupils is complete Class I, until the Leaving Certificate from the last school is produced. For new admission, the date of birth should be entered in the admission form signed by the parent or guardian.
- Pupils for admission to any class, except Nursery must pass Entrance test examination.
- The Principal reserves the right to refuse any application without having to assign reasons for action.
- A month's notice or a month's fee is required previous to the withdrawal of a pupil. If a child is withdrawn for any length of time and the parents wish their ward to be re-admitted, the Registration Fee will be charged again.
- Written application must be made by the parent or guardian to the Transfer Certificate of a pupil. All fees and other dues to the school are to be paid before the Transfer Certificate is given.
- As regular attendance is an important element for successful work, a previous written application for leave must invariably be submitted. In case of sickness and other unforeseen circumstances, the students returning to the school must show the Teacher in charge, their Regularity Record duly signed by the parent and Principal.
- Every student must be present on the re-opening day after each vacation.
- No child will be allowed to leave the school while the sessions are on, except for very grave reasons, and parents should come in person for the child.
- It is advisable that the students be not disturbed during the routine and examination periods for attending functions. This would greatly help to make the child understand responsibility to her duty of study.
- Pupils must attend school regularly and punctually. They should be in their respective classes, five minutes before the first bell of the morning and afternoon sessions.
- Silence must be observed between the first and second bells of each sessions.
- When going from one class to another, order and silence should be observed.
- Running, playing and shouting inside the school building is never allowed.
- Pupils are expected to make good any damage to furniture and library books. They should take care not to disfigure the walls and black boards.
- Books, stationary etc. should bear the name of the owner and they their self be responsible for their safe keeping.
- Collection of or borrowing any money, buying or selling of any description require the Principal's permission.
- Insubordination to teachers, institutional inattention to school work, cheating or other misconduct even outside the school premises are sufficient reasons for the suspension or dismissal of pupil.
- Three terminal and two bi-monthly examinations will be held to register the progress of the student. The marks obtained in these will be taken into consideration when deciding their promotion.
- To secure a passed certificate, the student should secure 40% marks in every subject.
- Parents are expected to accept the decision of the school authorities regarding promotions as final.
- Parents are requested to cooperate with the school authorities in matters of discipline, regular hours of study at home and regular attendance at school.
- Parents should inquire about the progress of their child from time to time.
- Parents are requested not to enter the class rooms and interview the teacher during class hours, much less ask their servants to do the same All business shall be conducted through the office.
- Parents are requested not to send for or call away their children during class hours, except in the case of emergency.
- Fees should be paid in the office between 1st to 15th of every month.
- Fees will be accepted in cash. No part payments accepted.
- For New Admission fee will be paid separately.
- Fees can be deposited for the whole year. Keep the Fees Book safely or else a Fine of Rs. 30 will be charged.
- A fine of Rs. 25 will be charged if the fees is paid after 15th of every month.
- Admission will be cancelled if the Fees for the month of July is not paid on time. In this case a Fine of Rs.200 will be charged by the parents as Re-Admission Fees.
- Fee hours 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on working days.
- Students will not be permitted to appear in the Annual Examination unless all Fees are paid.
- Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual Fees of Rs.150 is included in the months of September, December and March Fees respectively.
