It was established by late Mr. Michael M. Francis in 1971. First it was a day school but now the school runs in two shifts, morning shift and afternoon shift. Classes from Nursery to V are held in morning shift; 07:45-11:30 and VI-X are from 11:45-4:30.The school is affiliated to U.P board and thus offers the students to opt for Maths, Commerce, and Arts for class IX-X. We have best and experienced teachers who teach students with love and care.

The school is open for all communities, irrespective of status, castes, creed and religion. It imparts not only academic education but also helps them to form an integrated personality by developing in them a strong character, love of truth, respect, loyalty, sense of justice, honesty, hard work etc.

Our School Mission is to prepare students to thrive in every field of education and beyond. This mission will be accomplished by creating an environment of high expectations of achievement, behavior and service. Our society needs citizens with strong moral and ethical values, who believe in the responsibilities of citizenship and service to others. At St. Michael’s, we will actively encourage the growth and development of these traditional values in our students. Participation in, and enjoyment of school life, will prepare our students for responsible involvement in their communities and our society as a whole.

I have realized the true value of lessons learnt outside the bounds of a classroom. At St. Michael’s we go beyond and ensure that our students get the best of indoor and outdoor training, molding them to think critically, synthesize knowledge and reflect on their own thought processes. Through this we ensure that our students excel not only within the education system but in the real world as well, allowing our students to “Arise, Awake, and Ascend”.
